I had been waiting for this to come up as a TSV because it has had so many good reviews but is quite pricey, so of course I jumped at the chance! I used it for a couple of days and it really stung my face but I thought I'd persevere because maybe my skin needed to adjust to the 'amazing' ingredients. After three days I pressed my cheek and it was like a really old person's skin (I'm 60 and it was like a 90 year old!) So dehydrated and all the fine lines really visible - no bounce or glow like usual. I stopped it and went back to my usual Prai routine and my skin bounced back! So then I read the reviews and checked the manufacturing date, and yes, like many others, it was old stock! So disappointed in QVC! It may be Convenient but where is the Quality and Value? So I don't know whether this is a good product or not but it will stop me buying Estee Lauder ever again.
Of course, I sent it back and today, to add insult to injury, Customer Care called me to say I had not returned it all and it was empty. Totally untrue! I sent it all back in the original packaging. When I questioned it, I was told that parts were missing. So what was it? Empty or parts missing? I really do not appreciate calls like this and, even if it were all empty, isn't that the point of the 60 day money back guarantee? Don't all the presenters say you can use it/eat it/plant it and if after 60 days, you aren't happy, you can request your money back?
As a customer who has been with QVC from the beginning, and who has spent a LOT of money with them, I am very disappointed that they seem to value their loyal customers so little and treat them with such indifferent disrespect.

The serum is multifunctional, the most obvious benefits for me are moisture retention, anti-edema effect, work with the skin microbiome. It contains a patented peptide complex that increases the synthesis of new cells + protects the genetic material of cells from damage. To put it in simple terms. It also contains lactobacilli that work with the skin microbiome, baobab extract that moisturizes and locks moisture, yeast extract, squalane and a bunch of other goodies to restore the epidermal barrier. I first used this during my mid twenties when ANR was still the original formula - before it underwent god-knows how many reincarnations. Back then I used to find it helped fade the odd acne mark, but did little else for my skin concerns. So now onto the latest version which I tried earlier this year...I don't know if it's because 'Tocopherol Acetate' (Vitamin E) has been pushed down to 30th place on ingredients list (used to be 13th), or whether it's because 'Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A) has been completely removed from the new version, but this one didn't do ANYTHING for my acne marks whatsoever and I used it for over a month. The only downside to this product is the price point b/c its on the pricier side. That being said, it works! I've used countless products over the years from clean to more harsh to get results in getting ride of some of my dark spots and evening out my skin. I've been using this product for about 4-5 months and one of my biggest dark spots is so light now. My wrinkles have also improved but over all the biggest results are evening my skin tone. I will say, I don't believe this is a solo product. You should invest in a routine from the right face wash, toner, eye cream and moisturizer. I don't use all Estee Lauder products but their eye cream and night repair serum are top notch. I know all my products as a whole work together to give me the best results but this one is a winner for me. For those of you who struggle with deep lines and wrinkles, also look into Frownies. They'll definitely help the process, paired with the night repair serum. Wish the price point was slightly more affordable but I savor every last drop b/c of it.
