Bought this book for Father's Day. my husband was very excited. A boys sausage making weekend has been planned. It's practical and full of advice and tips to create the perfect sausage!

The book gets to do point straight away, from sourcing the right meat, to equipment needed, methods and lastly, recipes. Written to be understood easily, contains good visuals encased in a solid overall cover. However it does mostly contain sausage recipes, and not salami or traditional curing recipes, so if thats what your looking for in particular, perhaps try charcuterie books.

Book is very informative on all aspects of the making of fresh homemade sausages. also had recipes for meals to use your fresh made homemade sausage.

it was got as a present but my niece said it was a great book
