This is one of the very few books (outside of novels) that I have read cover to cover. It is simple, practical, and life changing. There are not enough spaces to explain. If you need to change your ways (any of them), get this book!

This book has a lot of tips that are valuable and actionable for us to start improving our lives now. It has more info than the first version including a night routine and a lot of testimonials which really help validate the routines outlined in the book.

I just started reading Miracle Morning. Well written, interesting, and helpful.
